Delete your Dayplo account

Delete it yourself (in the app or on the web)

1. Sign in to the Dayplo app, or to dayplo.com in a browser.
2. Open Settings → My account → Delete account.
3. Enter your password and press Delete account permanently.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't sign in?

Email dayplo-support@googlegroups.com with your login ID and ask for deletion. We will delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, login ID, password hash) and all sign-in sessions
• Tasks, recurring rules, notes (including the trash), photos, schedules and special days
• Morning briefing settings, email address, push notification devices
• Google Calendar and KakaoTalk connections (we also ask Google to revoke access), and the tasks Dayplo added to your Google Calendar

What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted automatically, so deleted data disappears from backups within 14 days.
